Return Policy

We promise to provide you with great service and a great product. If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 30 days for a full refund as long as the product is in the same condition that you received it (Buyer pays return shipping). The exception would be custom orders. If an item is fabricated to customer specifications that are other than the standard configurations listed, no returns are accepted (for example, taller or wider grab bars, changes to rod holder mounting locations, additional items welded on, custom brackets, special order powder coat etc.). We believe in personal responsibility, if we mess up, we will make it right. All it takes is an email, call / text or a message on our social media pages. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item that you already received for another item, for whatever reason, buyer pays return shipping to LRC, as well as the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the buyer. Item exchanges are subject to the exception above for custom orders. We will facilitate the transaction by providing the shipping labels, but we will recover the shipping cost before any replacement items are sent. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt of original product.
